Tangela
MCi WorldCom wireless no deal just another cellular rip-off

Shops, Products, Services

During an upgrade and what I belived was a better deal, I changed my carrier from ATT to Worldcom. That was in October 21. Until this day, January 15 I have not received a bill.in order to find out my balance I had to find some old mail that I had received threw the mail, trying to offer me a better deal due to the fact that I did not have any other way of trying to contact them. I have not as of yet been able to talk with a real person when calling customer service. It seems as if they have been experiencing a high volume of calls since Oct. On my cell phone I see more "No Service" then service. On what seem like 100 calls to their customer service the only information I could get was a message asking me if I would like for them to mail me a copy of my bill? Now&is that something that anyone with a business would offer? It seems as if they would send out bills without asking for them. During my first call to the unknown answering machine my bill was $23.98 today my balance is $43.13. If I was not trying to find out how much to send in these bills would have been paid. Be careful and making a report would not hurt either.
