I, Tawana L. Staton, am very upset with WorldCom Wireless because in November I called to cancel my service with them. It took about a week before I could get in contact with a service representative because every time I would call they would say there is an unusal volume of calls, please call back later.
Once I got through, they said, I could not pay because I had to pay an outstanding balance, which I did pay. Then they sent me another monthly statement in January of so I call them up again saying why you sent me another statement because I cancelled my service with in November.
The service representative tried to give me the run around again saying I had to pay, but eventually he waived the monthly bill and I should not have received any more bills from WorldCom Wireless. Guess what? They sent me another statement in February. I tried to call them up again but once again like my first call to them, I could not speak to a representative because they have an unusually high number of calls, so please try again later. So what do I have to do, is my question to you?
