WorldCom Wireless
MCI Cellphone billing & customer service stinks

Shops, Products, Services

I signed up to WorldCom Wireless in Sept. I have received two bills, both were incorrect. On Nov. 16 I called the Customer Service Center, 1-800-254-8991, and explained the situation. The person I spoke with stated that she corrected the mistakes and my balance was zero. On Dec. 11 I received another bill, which was incorrect, stating I had a past due balance and I also had an extra charge of $9.99. On Dec. 12 I spoke with a supervisor, who was extremely inconsiderate. She stated that there was a past due fee and would not honor what the other person, who I spoke with on Nov. 16, stated. She also stated that the $9.99 charge was for an optional feature, which on my service agreement I do not have it marked. I asked if I could fax it to her and she stated that they do not receive faxes at that location. I then asked to speak with her supervisor and she stated there was no one else. I am extremely disappointed with WorldCom Wireless. I have never had a cellphone before and thought I would get one, which I regret VERY much getting one through WorldCom Wireless.
