Offered Service Plan Instead of Prompt Repair, Three-Day Wait

I called for issues on my satellite not working and was told about a service plan that would save me money in the long run. And in the same instance I was told that it would be three days before they could have someone come to my residence and fix the problem. Rip offs always wanting to get more money out of you with less service.
