Please stay away from T-Mobile... A true story - Shame on
you!!!
This is a true story.
Ok, I know T-Mobile doesnt make the phones but, when you
sign 2 years contract to get the phone cheaper and they tell you the phone has
one year complete warranty, believe me and believe me T-Mobile is lying to you. I got the Samsung Galaxy S 4G and after
couple of month I had some issue with the phone, so I call and they decided to
replace my phone with another Galaxy S 4G. It was a mistake because T-Mobile
replaced my new cell phone with refurbished/used phone. Now the funny part is
that they charged me $20. Lol. Ok, I got the phone in the mail and after one
week same issue. I think it had something to do with Google Map update through
T-Mobile which causes the phone to crash. No, I did not install any extra
software to test it. Same issue with my phone within a week and again same
story with T-Mobile. After one hour phone conversation and blah blah they
decided to replace it again. So I received my new phonevery excited but the
new phone does not even turn on. After trying with different battery and
charger and no success I took it to a T-Mobile authorized dealer. They checked
it and said the phone that T-Mobile just sent me is completely dead and story
repeats Anyway the next phone I have received was working good except there
was no audio except when you plug a headphone in so they replace this one too.
All these happened within 2 months. No the funny part is that they charged me
over $100 for all these replacement, $20 fee to replace my broken phone with
another broken phone good deal. Anyway I dont have time to go and fight with
them, but I want you to know please stop supporting T-Mobile because it is totally
rip-off. This is a true story, I am in Tampa, FL and you can even call me.
813-679-4009 (My t-mobile number) and I dont care if T-Mobile is looking at
this because what happened to me is true.
So, if you like to receive a broken phone and get charged,
then T-Mobile is your best chance.
