Added voicemail to my bill that I di not have. Caused agruements in Family

This is actually the second time I have seen this company do this. The first time was on a business phone at my work. They had collect calls billed to a line a phone was not even connected to. Also, added voice mail to this business line. When we called, after numerous busy signals, the operator knew before we opened our mouth. She said "Let me guess, you want the voice mail off?"
The second time caused bad feelings between family members. Thanks, you bunch of jerks!
