Ripoff, fraudulent billing, hung up on me

I have been billed for 2 months by members edge for what they say, is a e-mail service. After many calls, they removed one charge of $14.95, but refuse to remove the other, i NEVER ordered this service. And i never filled out a survey for a $50 Visa card. (if so, where is my visa card?)

The phone number they have for me is a dedicated fax line... The have my incorrect date of birth. They did have my correct aol e-mail address, which they say is proof thati ordered their service.

Three times they supposedly connected me with a supervisor. The first one's voice mail was impossible to understand, so i have no name... But i did leave a voice message. No call back. The second, the line just rang, never connected to a voice mail. The third just hung up on me.

I have names and dates of the people i talked to there.
