Ebay Convergent sends me a bill from ebay years after Ebay decided it was a fraudulent claim

Convergent directs me a statement from ebay decades after Ebay determined it had been a fake claim. I spoke with convergent years back informing them that e-bay believed the state 73588301 was deceptive. Convergent might never create a deal quantity or report of who this deal was from. Lately I mentioned this with both Paypal and e-bay without any reaction. Our bill at eBay isn't freezing or in a within the quality centre. I'm a joint venture partner at eBay and also have e-bay advertisements on my sites.
