They have the worse customer service, no online payment system available, they still your money and no one does nothing about

This is the worse utility service company there is! First they overcharge you, even when you don't use the same amount of water. My kids went of to college and I stayed at my house by mysel and was still being charged the same as when the kids were home. Since you can't make your payments online, I have to make my payments in person, otherwise, they will tell you that they never received and disconnect your services. They abuse their power, because you don't have the option to choose other companies, like with your electricity or phone services.
