No Refund - Bra

I ordered 2 colors of a bra by Grenier (item #7539L) that I saw were VERY cheaply made as soon as I received them. Not worth the money I paid for each (45$ each). I didn't even try one on. It was a camisole they claimed had a bra in it. There was no support in the bra whatsoever. I didn't have to try it on to see that. I sent the item back along with a second one - THE VERY NEXT DAY. They are refusing to credit me for one of the bras because they claim there are makeup stains on it. I did not try it on so these were not my makeup stains. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. When I spoke to them, I said "I did not even have to try them on..." and she answered "OH See you just said you tried them on". Twisted my words like a 6 year old would in trying to rile me up. I am disputing the charge on my credit card and sharing this experience to caution other customers.
Ridiculous. Baiting. Terrible customer service and I will be sure never to order from them again. Be cautious!
