Visible Lift POOR Packaging - Loreal Visible Lift makeup

The pump top underneath the lid will NOT unscrew in order to get the remaining 25%-35% of makeup left in the bottle. I am paying for a full bottle of makeup and cannot get the last 25% to 35% out of the bottle.in years past the old bottle was just a screw top and you could get 90% to 95% of the makeup out. I'm not really getting my money's worth. I love the make up but will have to find a new one. I didn't want to leave you but I like to get my money's worth.
