Orbitz and Miramar hotel

When booking through Obritz I was said to get a one bed ocean room with a microwave and fridge.instead my girlfriend and I got a 2 bed city view with a fridge. We had a glass of water on the end table and woke up to a swam of ants. We complained and the hotel blew it off. The next day we found a live roach, they offered to fumigate the room and and we could go back in in 10 mins. After a fuss they gave us the room we were intended to have. When we got to the room there was makeup stains and blood stains on the bed and pillows. I talked to the manager she said no refund. I called Orbitz and they only got me a $87 refund for one night when a typical stay in a standard room is $101.85 per night. I have been on and off for hours on end for about 4 days and all Obritz is saying is basically "Oh well, sorry"

Horrible hotel and horrible travel agency!
