Ripoff

I just realized today that I had a charge from this credit report company that I never even heard of OR recieved any services from! I was so upset, I went online to find out who they are and I found these stories about them, I just wanted to add in my two cents because it really isn't right.

I called and spoke with a rep. He assured me that HE would be able to escalate the complaint and get my refund for me, I asked him just to transfer me to the department that takes care of these issues, he wouldn't.

The thing is that he said himself that this type of problem has been occuring a lot recently, the nerve, do you really feel that you should let me know your company has been attempting to rip off lots of other people?! I told him to close my account he said IF the refund department feels like I have a legitimate dispute, they will refund the money within 3-5 days. We'll see what happens.
