Ripoff

Thanks to this website, I was able to contact CIC Credit Monitoring to dispute the unauthorized charge to my account. I am a Texas lawyer and threated to call the Texas Attorney General and file a complaint so they decided to re-evaluate their no refund policy and refund my $9.95 fee that was not authorized. I simply pulled a credit report and they attempted to enroll me in their monitoring program. I specifically said NO to that option when I was ordering.
