Unauthorized charges

I am new to USA and only very recently i got my credit card, I was just browsing through the internet about credit reports and FTC, when I accidentally landed up in http://www.freecreditreport.com. When browsing through their website, I remember well that in their website i selected "No I do not want to enroll in credit monitoring I just want the credit report.". But this month, I am able to see that something CIC*Triple Advantage (Services and Merchandise) charged 14.95$ on my credit card for credit monitoring services. After lots of research i found that its this website http://www.freecreditreport.com that had charged my credit card. I never used their service and I am not at all interested in paying for something I didn't use.

I called up their customer care and they told that they will refund in 7 to 10 business days and also will cancel the membership.

I want to know if somebody ever got the refund.
