Wrong Shoes No Refund Bad Attitude

I purchased some shoes and got the wrong ones. After I called them numerous times because I was getting upset with the response I noticed on my card no refund. A bad attitude came along with some of the non chalant sighs. To this day nothing is resolved. It is now 2 months.
