Custom shoes

I ordered a pair of custom shoes from reebok website. The shoes were sent to me with the wrong colors on approximately aug. 6. I immediately call reebok customer service (866 870-1743) to complain. I talked to michael goodwin about the issues that i had with my shoes. He told me that sometime they will substitute the colors if they are not available anymore. I have been trying to get a refund plus shipping going on 2 - 3 weeks. They don't want to refund my money because this is a custom shoe even though they are the one who sent me the wrong color shoes. I do not want them to send me any shoes. I just want my refund.
