Carl Zabb scam contractor and electrician in Philadelphia

As another person before me was victim of "Carl Zabb" i too have become a victim of his scams. I hired him to do electrical work at my property in PA where he gave me a good price. I asked him that i had to pull permits and wanted to make sure he was insured. He reassured me that he was and that he would pull the permits.

After a few days he says the permits have been approved but will be issued in 4 days so he will be there tomorrow morning to start the work. I was skeptical so i called the township and asked if any permits were filed and or approved and they said we dont have any record of any such permits. So i called him back and asked him for the name of the person he spoke to down there and he started stuttering and said I will call you back after i look at my paperwork. He since then has never picked up my calls and gotten back to me. He also has my deposit and now i am trying to take legal action against him.

Stay away from him if you are lucky enough to read this before you deal with him. I wish i was.
