As with Katrun of Maryland, I too have had money taken from my account by House of brides on two separate occasions even though they emailed me to say they no longer had the bridesmaid dresses I ordered in stock. So I was much surprised to find the monies taken when they were fully aware no dresses were being sent to me.
The details below from my statement are:

June 26th House of Brides 630-6294040 (131.85 USD @ 1.0552) 139.13
June 28th House of Brides 630-6294040 (131.85 USD @ 1.0602) 140.03

Total deducted 279.16 Canadian dollars.

I have attempted to contact them several times. No response to any of my emails. As of today I will try one last time to have this resolved by phone and then fill out same report with my bank. This is very very poor consumer service.
