Never Delivered Package & Doesn't Respond to Email for Refunds, China

I order my jacket from them a month ago (luckily through PayPal). I send the company an email stating I never received the package and a Representative reply back a couple of hour later. He told me to check my local post office. I email back saying I can't (my local post office said to contact the seller), since it was never deliver and that he has to inquire why the package never arrive.

He never responds to my email telling him to check on the status on the package. I then proceeded to send him THREE email requesting a full refund, since I needed the jacket to go out of town a month later (this weekend in fact) and had to purchase another. I never got a respond to two of my email requesting a refund.

Now I'm going through paypal.com to request a refund. Now keep in mind that if I wasn't in desperate need of a jacket, I would have been out of money since PayPal have 45 days to dispute a purchase. I hope I helped anyone thinking of purchasing something from this company. If you feel that you can deal with the maybes of this store, then I highly recommend paying through PayPal or a credit card (NOT a debit card) because if they never deliver the package, you can at least dispute it and get your money back if they refuse to do so.
