Missing item in package, didn't receive package for a month, gel patches not as described, no reply to emails, and phone number doesn't work!

I placed an order and did not receive it for over a week, so I contacted the company through their website email 3 times and got no response. I tried calling but the number doesn't work. I was very scared i had just lost $150!!! I then filed a dispute through paypal. After almost another week I received an email with the shipping information as well as an email from paypal saying that the dispute has been closed because the seller was to supple shipping poof. I never got a call or email from the company apologizing or explaining to me where my package was. I received my package about a month after the order was placed, the gel patches were not the ones I thought they were going to be, and I had a item missing! I again contacted the store online and have received no reply and no package with the missing item. It has been a month now and I just contacted them again. I am going to file another dispute if I don't hear back within the week. If I had known how scary this was going to be I never would have done business with them. It's like a ghost town, does anyone even exist in that company?
