Stay away from this company

My son contracted this company to clean the carpet after he moved out. Well at first the guy Alex wanted to cancel due to a little rain. Upon his inspection, he began telling me it was going to cost twice more than the $64.99 because I needed the some special treatment. That was out. He then said that with the coupon I get one room fre, but that too was a lie. So the bill came up to $130 and we agreed because we were limited in time and had no other choice!!! When Alex finish the 3 rooms in about 5-7 minutes I was furious. He did the worse carpet cleaning I've ever seen. It took him longer to get setup than to clean. I told him I was not satisfied and he said that was the best he could. I asked for his Supervisor and at first he refused. When he showed me the number to call: 804-852-8030, it just rang. I have not yet got in touch with anyone from Master Clean. I would not recommend anyone who needs carpet cleaning to use them. The carpet is still dirty and the stains is more permanent than it was before. The so called cleaning is just terrible. All i can say, stay away from this company!!!
