Very Rude!

I can write a whole book on how terrible Xlibris was to me, but there is not enough space for me to do that here. I have been lied to, screamed at, and been talked down to by them. I have never been treated so badly by any company in my life. Oh and their editing is extremely horrible! I asked them to redo it because I found lots of mistakes. They refused and told me I had to pay an additional amount for them to look over my book again and that was the end of the story, they said. I argued and stood my ground. I told them that it was very unprofessional for them to tell me they don't want to hear anymore from me. The next day their manager decided to have them reedit the book and it was still the same! I had to get someone else outside of their company to redo it for me. I will not recommend this company to anyone and I have nothing nice to say about Xlbris!
