Bait and Hook Technique Carpet Company and crappy job after!

I called Certified Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning after seeing a flyer received in the mail. The price quoted for 5 rooms was 34.95 plus a 10.00 trip charge. That is what I expected to pay for getting my carpet cleaned. After 2 men came to my home they went from room to room for about 30 minutes and told me that I was going to be charged over $200.00 for my carpet clean. Let me also say that my carpet in good condition and only 1 year old. They then tried to force these fees upon stating that my carpet would not come clean otherwise. I told them that I expected to pay the 44.95 plus tax. They then started to clean the carpet. I swear they cleaned my entire house in less than 10-12 minutes!!! They were out the door in a flash and none and I mean NONE of my stains were gone. It's like they put water on my carpet and left. They also left my entryway full of water. I called the company and talked to the manager of the company and he stated "that's what you get for 44.95." but we can come out and re do the job. Mind you my carpet was already very wet and did not need more water added to it. They sent 2 different men to my door about an hour and a half later. The man stated my boss said to bring you the receipt that we forgot to give you and he said you needed your air ducts cleaned. I said your boss did not tell you that I was not happy with my carpet clean earlier today? He said no he did not tell me anything about that. What in the world in going on with this company? I stopped pay on their check needless to say. I hope everyone reads this and DO NOT EVER CALL CERTIFIED CARPET AND AIR DUCT!!!
