Too Many Mistakes

The customer service is terrible. They lost my illustrations and blamed it on me. They put illustrations in my book that I had never seen or approved. Every time they made a mistake they blamed me. They do not take responsibility for their errors. They lie a lot! They told me my book would be available on one date then when it didn't come out they told me another date and on and on. Then when the book was finally available and I was sent my author copy, the first 8 pages of my copy were printed side-ways. Xilbris is a terrible company and I will never work with them again. Beware authors, it's not worth it!
