Beware!

I could go on and on, but pretty much everything everyone has said on this forum happened to me. My book was "suppposedly" just released, yet I have nothing to show for it as of yet. I've even had people that tried to buy the book from Xlibris be told they would get a call back to finish the order and never did! I have paid them in full, but I have yet to see an actual book. All through the experience, I had problems with misspellings and grammatical errors on my press releases, on the back cover of my book, etc. I basically wrote every word of my press releases myself, even though I paid Xlibris to do it. They are unprofessional-you are dealing with people in a different country (Phillipines) that know nothing about English spelling or grammar, etc. It's HORRIBLE!!! They are a rip off and I suggest anyone thinking of dealing with them, RUN the other way!!! No kidding!
