Requested and paid $452.98 for glasses on 6/18 at 3400 Gateway Blvd.in Prescott, AZ 86303; 928-777-7700. After three months I had been informed structures weren't offered at lab, mailing types from shop to lab. Per week later informed needed to are available in to shop and purchase various structures; (Bob, Visual Mgr.) provided 20% discount. On July 9 informed the brand new structures needed to be delivered from shop to laboratory plus they might do this evening. On July 16 Chris explained the structures hadn't yet been delivered but might do today.
