Sprint PCS000 Wireless Dba Sprint PCS is a rip-off! Sprint has robbed me and I have no where to turn

On April 25, I purchased a camera phone from a Sprint PCS store in Manhattan. The phone was $216.49 (including New York State tax). During that weekend, I decided to take the phone back, because I couldn't afford it.

I returned the phone that Monday, April 28. The manager, Willie, told me that there were no store refunds allowed, but instead I could get a store credit or credit my Sprint PCS account. I chose to purchase a cheaper phone for $108.25 (including tax) and have the remaining $108.24 credited to my Sprint PCS account. Willie explained to me that it would take up to 3 billing cycles and gave me a receipt indicating the amount of my credit.

I waited the 3 months, and a month after that and a month after that. Each time I called the store, I was told that someone was looking into it. I wrote letters to the store manager, Sprint PCS at corporate headquarters and even filed a complaint with the NY Department of Consumer Affairs.

July made a year since I was supposed to get my credit. I no longer have a Sprint PCS account and Willie explained that he doesn't know what to do in cases where the customer has left Sprint. I spoke to Willie's manager, David and David promised me on August 6 that I would receive a check in 30 days. Tuesday made 30 days and I called to tell them that I haven't received my credit. Sprint has robbed me and I have no where to turn. I feel no different than a victim of burglary by a criminal.
