Ripoff bank account debit scam

I have a client who has come to me with an incredible story. That was incredible until I saw it was happening all over the country. They got a call offering some coupons if they could debit the bank account $1.95. Thereafter Washballs then Utalk and later American Values withdrew money from the account. They kept refunding and then debiting again. I am going to sue if I can find out the name of the actual company and people involved. We have also notified the FBI.
