Rip-off! Dishonest, misinformation and rude customer service. Would not honor return policy.indicated the return policy was 30 days then after the fact notified it was only 5 days. Charged for 89.99 phone we did not want and part of a 39.99 monthly service we did not order. Told us to return the phone then declined the return, including false return info & shipping cost. Extremely rude customer service including the management. Did not follow-up on customer service. Could care less about helping the customer. Appears to be a scam to fool people into paying for a service they do not want in order to pocket the profit.
