My stuff hasn't moved

I have had jewelry on Etsy for over a year and have never seen it. There is so much traffic that it almost impossible even for me to find with my own company name. Recently my credit card expired and I received a nasty letter telling me I would be contacted by a collection agency if I didn't pay my $2 bill. I have every intention of paying... By check. They will never get another credit card from me again. This one sided service is worse than Classmates.com that has a class action suit against them.
