AT&T
Made up names of services i did not request to charge extra

We have been using ATT for our phones and internet for many years. They added services I did not ask for in order to charge me more per month.
I upgraded my internet and asked how much my new bill would be. When I received the bill I found I was being charged a lot more than we agreed to over the phone.
When I called billing they simply made up names of services and charges and thought I should simply accept that. When I mentioned that I had an agreed to amount quoted during the phone conversation which led to the upgrade for the internet, and that I really could not afford to pay more, she asked if I wanted to be connected with the service termination department.
This, of course, would not correct the bill. So I am searching for new services so I can call back and ask for that service termination department since they (AT&T) have too much business.
This is what I want to encourage; that everyone who reads this and has similar problems, simply find other companies and drop AT&T as soon as possible!
