Doc McStuffins Checkup Center Availability

Twice I ordered this item online for store pickup. When placing the order the item was available and I rec'd a confirmation number. Each time a few hour after the confirmation stated the item would be ready, I rec'd email stating item wasn't available for pickup @ the store I selected when they were preparing the order for pickup. I have printed copies of the order as proof. I went back to order from the same store & it stated the item wasn't available which leads me to believe at some point it was available. Something is happening during the delivery process. I wonder if the delivery is being intercepted by the employees. All I know is that something isn't right. Perhaps they are buying the products themselves & selling on website e.G. EBay/amazon for a profit. My granddaughters will be so disappointed if Santa doesn't deliver. I refuse to pay over 100.00 or more for this item!
