Terrible customer support

I requested a grill from their store, due to the free shipping, simply. The shipping organization was terrible. They quit a note stating following day they'd provide. They didn't verify I'd not be unavailable. Till once they attempted to provide, Used to do not obtain their concept. They desired to cost $95 since I have was not about to redeliver. I spoke with Woz about the telephone. I mentioned this is unacceptable. I stated: you have to persuade them to redeliver free of charge after I am accessible, or take the grill back. They stated they'd take the grill back.

The things they didn't state is the fact that they'd not return the shipping fee, plus they might cost me A - 20% restocking fee. Today, what's me's purpose basically am likely to be out $369 without any grill not spending the $95? Why might that be anything I'd need? Were they simply being spiteful since I didn't wish to spend a redelivery charge that is $95 to some shipping organization that is poor?

To date Woz hasn't answered to my grievances. These aren't people that are great. Please prevent them. Any organization may not seem bad when things proceed as prepared. Its when things FAIL, they react that establishes their personality.
