Ripped me off!

Buyer Beware!!! Terrible Customer Support! Defective Items! Don't purchase out of this organization study online grievances and evaluations. The item we obtained from their store was faulty. Required me months to create connection with organization. After I did obtain a your hands on them by telephone they believed to return them plus they might change it. I'd to pay for the shipping to come back them. Many weeks after returning them and never getting a new one. I approached the organization who stated they'd no report of getting the item back. They'd not I would like to speak with anybody. We'd to email customer support who subsequently stated they'd observed them and might deliver a different one easily settled shipping a third-time. After I didn't wish to accomplish that and required a reimbursement then they composed fake allegations stating we ruined them. They've the item and our cash. I had been completely scammed! Documented to BBB plus they are lying for them. This isn't a great organization.

Save the problem, nor purchase out of this organization!!!
