Frustrated night worker - prices

I ordered a treadmill online from sports authority. Only when unpacking did i find that plastic base legs were shattered. Arranged for replacement, it was shipped and had terrible time trying to get the first one picked up. Was sent return authorization bill of lading. Second treadmill arrived. Very same damage to same parts. No way to checck it before driver left as it weighs 160 lbs and you only see these parts after you take the biggest and heaviest part out of the box. Called to get return authorization for second and help with shipping arrangements on first. Was given a different phone number to call for shipper and different ra # than what was on the bill of lasing mailed to me. Apparently with the info mailed to me, i would never get it picked up and proper credit. Rep could not explain to me why i had bill of lading in my hand that came from them with info she couldn't find anywhere, instead had completely different info in system. As of now, waiting on second ra 3, so i can get the now two broken treadmills out of my house and hope and pray i actually get my refund. And still don't have a treadmill. Work nights, and have had to stay up during the day to wait on deliveries, make phone calls, and in general get the run around. Quit smoking a month ago, and by golly i had me a cigaretee this morning before i got finished with all of this! The quitting and treadmill thing were supposed to go together, ha, treadmill is not happening. Just an all around frustrating ordeal! Work in law enforcement (dispatch) and have enough stress in my life without this!
