Kaufman's Wedding World
Ripoff Move store No dresses

I order 3 bridesmaid dresses from Kaufman's wedding world in Whitehall, PA. On 4/30. They told me that they would be in on 7/31. I called them the week before and they said that dress company was back ordered. They would be in by 8/27. On 8/25 I called them again and they said they would be in on time. I gave them my number again so they could call me when the dresses came in.

On 8/27 I called them and no one answered the phone, i called the next day same thing. Then my sister who is one of the bridesmaids went to the store to find out where they where. The store CLOSED FOREVER. Was just an empty buliding. The store next to them stated that they moved the store to Lancaster, PA which about 2hrs away. So I called the Lancaster store to find out where are my dresses. They could not tell me. They only thing they said was that they were going to mail the dress to me. And where that were they could not say.

When I asked if I could speack with Mr Kaufman the owner to tell them how they treat there customer 2 months before there wedding of course they said No. They only have a cell number and they can't give that out. So now I wait to see when they will come in.
