Kaufman's Wedding World
Runaround ripoff

My daughter purchased her wedding dress from this store back in May. As a matter of fact, Mr. Kaufman was in the store that day and personaly talked to my daughter and told her that the dress she had on was made for her and he really wanted her to have it. He gave her a great discount! They told her that the dress would take about 8 months to come in. Problem is, she has tried on several occasions to find out the status of her dress to only get the run around.

The salespeople tell her that it is still in the process, but they can't even find her order or card on file. She showed them her receipt. She called customer service and only got an answering machine. I called the store and talked to a teenage girl. No manager was on duty and they would not give me the corporate office phone number. We want to know where her dress is! I wonder if Mr. Kaufman would be pleased to hear this! This is poor customer service. She needs to pick out bridesmaid dresses so they will come in on time. We are trying to be patient, but we are getting no-where with answers. We do not want to contact the Better Business Bureau or the media. Please
