Unfair Rate Increases

I ordered service in November. At that time, we we were paying around $78 each month. Since then, our rates have increase to $89, which is too high. I called Directv a few months ago about the rate increases and all they did is give me a $5 credit each month for 3 months. At that time, I asked them if I could do a bundling package (telephone, internet, and satellite) to cut down on my expenses and they told me I couldn't because I was a current customer. I have thought about going to Dishnetwork so I can get my expenses down. Another thing is that I have a lot of channels I don't watch. It would be nice if the customer could pick out their own channels and add as wanted. I counted 59 channels I watch out of 200 or more channels I get.
