Terrible and Unapologetic Florist Service - Flower delivery

They charged me some 64$ for a flower delivery service. No delivery was ever made to my wife, whom I wanted to surprise with the flowers on her birthday. They did not care to inform me about it.

When I called the service and informed them, there was a simple comment - "do you want a refund?" No apologies, no empathy.

Well, if this is the kind of service you want, go ahead and order their flowers to your heart's content.
