Dunkin Donuts
Pissed off and never going back

So my order was wrong as it usually is at the New Hartford Dunkin. So because I had no time I ordered through drive through and was unable to check it till I got to work because it was too hot. Well, surprise, surprise it was completely awful and not what I asked for. Not to mention I didn't get a receipt. I had to wait till after work to try and return it because I had no more breaks. So I pulled up to drive through after work and aske kindly if the coffee could be remade since I took 2 sips. She asked if I had a receipt and I said no, that I wasn't given one. Then refused to answer me through the speaker, so I just drove off! I will never go there again, rude and bitchy service!!!
