Parma ohio coffee disgusting - coffee

I work very close to the Dunkin Donuts at 1800 Snow Road, Parma, Ohio. I have NEVER had a coffee there that I can say I can tolerate. The only reason I went back several times was because I thought they would eventually get it right. I only make Dunkin Donut brand coffee at home— it's not that difficult. Their coffee ALWAYS tastes like it was burned or some how altered. There has to be something wrong with that particular Dunkin Donut shop. My fellow work associates and I will drive several miles away to another Dunkin Donut shop where we are always given a fresh great tasting cup of coffee. Something NEEDS TO BE DONE with that place!!!
