Dunkin Donuts horrible customer service - Dunkin Donuts

Tracy. Tracy. Tracy. She works at the drive thru in the morning and granted she wants to do everything faster than humanly possible, but it comes off VERY RUDE. God forbid you have a question or heavens want a lemon in your iced tea. She acts like you are bothering her. I actually got a lecture from her that I was ordering "wrong" at the speaker. She practically throws your order at you and has as much personality as a rock. Honestly I only go there because it's so close to where I work. There are however options and I can't stand dealing with her any longer. She was working this morning at the drive thru and her name is Tracy. The date is 7/31 and it was just before 8:30. Thank you.
