Slow Shipping Company that thinks all american companies have the weekends off

I ordered and item from the company Friday June 1 and was sent tracking number same day and figured was shipped as i used to ship and never sent out tracking numbers and i shipped out everyday as long as before closing time and company never disclosed that free ground shipping they use is parcle post which takes 2-8 days. But company should have posted it waas parcel post. I found that out through the postal service and the company i contacted via email and they said would investigate then replied back and said certain procedures to ship which it doesn't take 2 business days to pull and ship orders. I did it everyday and it was just me and the customer service agent said they were off like most american companies. I ordered from them as had A rating at better business bureau. I ordered and then i just looked at compalints and have too many issues so shouldn't have that rating and don't waste time filing rebuttals as i won't be notified nor will i see it as i never login and don't care what you all think
