Miscellaneous

I ordered an item off their website. The next day they sent me a USPS tracking number saying my item had been shipped. After 5 days and no other ship tracking updates by the post office I inquired (by email and phone) to the company but got no response. I contacted the USPS. They investigated and said they had not received any such package. What this company does is print a shipping label which automatically generates a email stating "your order has been shipped." This is not so. They just take your money and let the shipping labels pile up. This mail order is operated out out of the same building the houses a walkin store called Berry Wireless. Berry Wireless phone #914-806-3989. They don't answer their phone either. This company needs to be closed down. It is now 10 days since I ordered and 9 days since they stated my ordered was shipped and I have nothing and don't expect to get anything.
