But after you fill out their questioneer they ask you to pay $19.97 with a guaranteed refund if you are not satisfied. This done through support. Easykits.org After I paid the amount I found out that I have to watch a video explaining the business but to continue afterward I have to pay for the rest of the information. I called the number on the receipt form 888-885-5264 asking for a refund of the $19.97 but the person that answered the phone (Leann) said that the system is down and she's not able to process my refund even though I gave her the transaction ID number that is on the form. She said because the system is down she needs my credit card information including the security pin on the card which I refused to give to her indicating that all she should need is the transaction ID number. I asked her if the system will be fine the next day if I call she said maybe. I called her the next day again her answer was that the system was down and she wanted me to give her the credit card information again. I asked to talk to her supervisor but guess what!!! Yes he is not available at this moment. I have been warned about the scams about making big money working from home but the way they set up their very long attractive sale pitch about all the money you are going to make than at the end they reveal their fees and also to find out at the end it's not as easy and simple as they indicated in the very begining with big flashy letters.
