Bunch of SCAM Artist!

This compnay is a complete fraud! I brought a prepaid Student Visa card for my son to use for a impromptu trip he was going on because I didn't want him to carry cash... Long story short I could never activate the card through there automated system and then when i was transferred over to a "customer Service Rep" I was asked the name of ther person I purchased the card for and my social security number and my address only to be told the information was incorrect!!??? Incorrect what information did they have??? If the information they had was in collarboration with the government information it all match there was nothing shady going on form my part, but I figured it was them!!! They calimed they send a refund check but guess who name they said they issued it for... My son who does'nt even have abank account!!! This is the worst company ever! I have them all figured out thhough they rip people off and then make it immpossible and struggle to request / get a refund in hopes that one whoudl get so fustrated and give up!!! These people are thieves!!!
