Fraud, Lies, Runaround... Refund? Not on your life!

April 5 of this year I fell prey to the Process At Home scam. I made the purchase for the Quick Start information package that was to enable me to begin processing at home. The sales information claimed that the Quick start package would be downloaded within minutes of purchasing the $197.00 package. After several hours had passed after my purchase and I had not recieved the information, I began emailing Process At home in an attempt to find out when this download might be expected. For two days I recieved a reply that my information could not be located in their system. I forwarded copies of the purchase reciept, and called customer support. I was told the same thing repeatedly. They could not find my information in their system.
After 2 days the Quick Start package was downloaded.in the mean time I checked the BBB and sure enough, they said that the program was illegal in some states and recommended NOT to do business with Process at Home. I also contacted my credit card company and began the procedure to stop the payment as I believed I had made a good faith purchase from a fraudulent business.
I have been in contact with Process at Home either by phone, or email over 25 times regarding the promissed full refund. Each time I have spoken with a service agent I have been promissed that I will recieve my full refund within 5 working days. That it will apear as a chargeback on my credit card. This of course has not happened. I have been promissed this same refund by several email correspondances all signed by someone (working with Angel).
I have been issued a refund confirmation number, which aparently is also a fraud, and in no way guarantees a refund. I am sure that they have no intention of issuing a refund, but I am also sure that I am fed up with this type of bloodsucking and disgraceful use of the internet and will continue to call, and write daily. If nothing else, I will get 197.00 worth of time out of whom ever has the job of responding to my letters and calls.
