This compay offers application to back up your PC. It's a help plan that "guarantees" assist within 2 times when you yourself have a legitimate serial number along with a Subscription identification.

I've both legitimate serial number and Enrollment identification to get a item I bought from their website. It's application called RestoreIT 7. I have six months left on the Preservation and Assistance contract.

For more than 2 months I've approached them for assistance, and every time the reaction may be the same. They deliver an application notice stating to resubmit easily haven't noticed from their store in 2 times. After waiting 2 times and resubmitting, exactly the same form-letter is delivered.

I actually sent the organization headquarters in CA but received no reaction. Avoid these scumbags if you don't are good you'll never require assistance.
