Purchased software and not being able to use

I purchased Drive Vaccine Plus some time ago. I had to uninstall it to restore my system. I re-installed the software. You have to register it through the net, normally. When I tried to do this, it gave me an error that basically said I had no more valid registrations available. I sent an e-mail to the support team (if you can call it support) and over 24 hours later am still not recieving any response and my software that I PURCHASED is useless. (time had passed between install and registration, the software stopped working as though I had not owned it.)
